Qualifications

At least one year of recent acute-care radiology experience.
Active Virginia Radiologic Technologist license.
Current ARRT certification.
BLS certification preferred.
TB test (QuantiFERON-TB Gold or T-SPOT) within past year.
MMR and Varicella immunity documented by titers or vaccination records.
Physical examination within past year.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to physician orders and facility protocols.
Produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic images.
Maintain patient safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity during procedures.
Properly operate and maintain radiologic equipment.
Follow radiation-safety standards and infection-control procedures.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
Accurately document procedures and patient information.
Provide professional, compassionate care in a fast-paced acute-care environment.
