Job Summary

A Psychologist at CI Pediatric Therapy Centers (CI) is a vital member of a collaborative team of mental health professionals including psychologists, psychotherapists, and psychometrist that focuses on comprehensive care of the entire child. Our per diem Psychologists provide high quality and effective assessments for children with anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, social concerns, adjustment to life stressors, ASD, ADHD, and more.

CI is an energetic work environment that requires a self‑motivated, flexible, and creative team member. We are seeking an experienced Psychologist who is passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence to grow our mental health team and services.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children (e.g., ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, learning differences, emotional/behavioral concerns)
  • Select, administer, and interpret standardized assessment measures
  • Integrate clinical interview data, behavioral observations, and test results into clear, accurate diagnoses
  • Prepare thorough, timely written evaluation reports with actionable recommendations
  • Provide feedback sessions to parents/caregivers and, when appropriate, to patients
  • Collaborate with referral sources (e.g., pediatricians, schools, specialists) as needed
  • Must be fully licensed in Wisconsin
  • Opportunities for both assessment and psychotherapy
  • Position offers outstanding psychometrist support in the administration and scoring of psychological tests
  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members including OT, SLP, and PT
