Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collect data, prioritize needs, and document interventions per policy.
• Develop individualized care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Educate patients and families about illness, treatments and prevention.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with the behavioral health team.
