Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field; master’s preferred.
• Experience delivering professional development workshops to adults.
• Experience working in blended learning classrooms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Host planning conferences with educators to unlock creativity.
• Craft example lessons for students.
• Lead interactive professional development workshops as needed.
• Research and demonstrate instructional strategies.
• Foster active participation and open discussions.
• Ensure educator development is completed successfully.
• Provide required report documentation.
• Communicate with directors about activities.
