Aya Healthcare, Inc. is recruiting a Sterile Processing Tech (SPT) for immediate per diem shifts in Sacramento, CA.

This role offers flexible scheduling with per diem assignments to fit your availability and variety of clinical settings. The candidate should hold IAHCSMM/HSPA and CBSPD certifications, with experience in disinfection, instrument prep, and tray organization across specialties including Ophthalmology and Orthopedics.

Qualifications

• Required certifications listed: IAHCSMM/HSPA, CBSPD.
• Experience with sterile processing and instrument prep is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of disinfection and sterilization procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process, sanitize, and wrap surgical instruments per protocol.
• Maintain accurate instrument trays and documentation.
• Assist in organizing and labeling equipment for various surgical specialties.
