Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Casual Employee per diem clinician to provide primary care across multiple Washington, DC-area offices, with occasional telehealth. The role offers an average 8–20 patient care hours per week, competitive per-diem pay, and access to comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
• Licensed in MD/VA/DC or able to obtain licensure.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
• Thrives in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Seeing patients with a broad array of needs; mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role).
• Treating patients in-office as well as occasional tele-health visits.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
