One Medical is seeking a per diem hourly clinician in Fairfield County, CT. You will see patients with a wide range of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits, both in-office and via tele-health.

You’ll collaborate with in-person and virtual teams, applying your clinical training, and may perform in-office procedures as needed. A valid CT license or eligibility is required, with board certification in Family or Internal Medicine preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
• Licensed or able to obtain CT license.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year.
• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.

Responsabilités

What you'll be working on

• Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role

• At least 2 years of primary care experience required
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Connecticut
• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups
• Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification

This is an hourly role at One Medical in Fairfield County, CT.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The hourly rate for this role is $94.00 per hour . Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
