Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing.
• Active PMHNP certification and licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 1–2 years of psychiatric clinical experience (3+ years preferred).
• Experience with adult and child/adolescent populations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision‑making skills.
