Job summary

You will screen residents, provide data to therapists, and contribute to the interprofessional team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• AS in PTA from an accredited program.
• Florida PTA license current and active.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be computer/tech savvy.

Responsibilities

• Screens residents as scheduled for referral to Physical Therapist.
• Contributes objective data to Physical Therapists as allowed by scope of practice.
• Provide Physical Therapy treatment to residents when indicated per the plan of care.
• Actively engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT and facility success.
