Job summary

SSM Health Physical Therapy in St. Charles, MO seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to join our acute care rehabilitation team. You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians to restore function.

The role is per diem with potential weekend shifts; compensation includes tiered pay ($47/hour with weekend differential, up to $52/hour). Requires current PT licensure and BLS; prior PT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• BLS certification or completion within first 90 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Delegates and directs all therapy services for assigned patients.
• Designs functional treatment programs enabling return to community activities.
• Educates patients, families, students, coworkers and self.
• Performs other professional duties related to care and program delivery.
