Jackson North Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist I to provide comprehensive rehabilitation in the PT department. You will assess, plan, and implement treatment programs under physician orders, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and adjusting plans of care, documenting progress notes, and participating in rounds. Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and Florida licensure are required; BLS certification is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and completion of a required internship program.
• Valid Florida PT license; BLS certification required upon hire and maintained.
• Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work with professional judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and treats each patient according to diagnosis, age, and history.
• Develops and implements an effective plan of care and modifies as needed.
• Documents evaluation, progress notes, and care plans in the medical chart.
• Participates in rounds, team conferences, and staff education.
• Oversees learning experiences for PT students during internships.
