Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or PT).
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Vermont.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans focused on functional mobility.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for comprehensive care.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments for orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions.
• Provide Per Diem coverage for the rehabilitation department to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
