Rehab Advisors, a division of Tender Touch Rehab Services, seeks a per diem Physical Therapist to join our team in Hillsborough, NJ. You will perform PT evaluations and create treatment plans, ensuring MD orders are followed and documentation is complete.

Per diem shifts offer flexible scheduling and competitive pay based on experience and location. Qualified candidates will hold an APTA-recognized PT degree and a current state license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
• Holds current license and/or registration in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Develop a treatment plan with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges.
• Complete all documentation.
