A leading community service organization is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to provide therapy services to Deaf, Deafblind, and hard of hearing seniors. The successful candidate will assess patient needs, implement personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient well-being. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and be proficient in therapy principles, with ASL proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of professional therapy principles and practices related to patient care.
• Ability to communicate using American Sign Language (ASL) is preferred.
• Proficient organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions.
