Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cambridge is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to provide patient-focused PT services at1575 Cambridge Street. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and supervise support staff.

Flexible schedule includes evenings and weekends as needed. Licensed MA PT in good standing required; BLS certification and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed in good standing as a physical therapist in MA.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate PT needs per guidelines.
• Create and revise treatment plans towards discharge goals.
• Complete timely documentation per guidelines.
• Supervise support personnel and mentor students.
