Job summary

Maxor National Pharmacy Services, LLC seeks a VytlOne Pharmacy Technician - Per Diem (PRN) to join its network of in-house pharmacies. The role involves greeting customers, processing prescriptions, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked pharmacy environment within the Hudson Headwaters Health Network at Moreau.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, a current PTCB certification is a plus (Maxor will assist in obtaining), and 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current PTCB Certification is a plus (VytlOne will assist in obtaining national certification).
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Computer experience mandatory.
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take prescription orders
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
• Answer the phone
• Input customer information into the computer system
