Job summary

VytlOne National Pharmacy Services has an exciting, opening for an experienced, customer-focused Per Diem Pharmacy Technician. This PRN role is based in the clinic-based in-house pharmacy at Hudson Headwaters Health Network in Moreau, and offers flexible scheduling within our network.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking prescription orders, inputting information into the computer, handling phone calls, stocking shelves, and assisting with cash register duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Current PTCB Certification is a plus (VytlOne will assist in obtaining national certification).
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Computer experience mandatory.
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take prescription orders.
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers.
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked.
• Answer the phone.
• Input customer information into the computer system.
