TaraVista Behavioral Health Center in Devens, Massachusetts, is seeking a per diem Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide direct care, review orders, supervise technicians, and help maintain patient safety within the electronic health record.

This role offers weekend scheduling with some weekday availability as needed. Compensation is determined by experience, and the site emphasizes collaboration, quality care, and support for staff and patients.

Formación

• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an accredited college.
• Massachusetts pharmacist license required.
• 1–3 years hospital or long-term care pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience with automated dispensing systems (Pyxis/Omnicell).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely and safe delivery of medication therapy.
• Review medication orders to ensure clinical appropriateness and safety.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and interns.
• Maintain patient files in the Electronic Health Record.
• Comply with state/federal regulations and hospital policies.
