Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist for Per Diem - Rotating days and nights. Join NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, one of the nation's leading academic medical centers, and collaborate with a large clinical team to ensure safe and effective medication use.

Must hold a NYS Pharmacist license and PharmD; hospital or infusion pharmacy experience is preferred. All roles require on-site presence within commutable distance to NYP.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Pharmacist license.
• PharmD.
• 1 year of hospital or infusion pharmacy experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical team to optimize pharmacotherapy and patient care.
• Assist in medication safety, dispensing accuracy, and formulary management.
• Contribute to clinical rounds and patient education as part of the care team.
