Job summary

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) seeks a Per Diem PET/CT Technologist for MSK Monmouth, NJ. The role involves performing PET/CT and nuclear medicine imaging, CT and X-ray exams, and safe radiopharmaceutical administration. You will ensure image quality, patient comfort, and documentation adherence in a busy oncologic setting.

The position requires NMTCB/ARRT(N) diploma with CT certification and NJ license; dual PET/CT license is a plus. Weekend shifts and holidays may be included.

Qualifications

• Requires diploma from NMTCB or Radiological program ARRT(N) approved.
• ARRT(N) or CNMT Certification.
• CT Certification required.
• NJS License required.
• Dual License (RT) in PET and CT preferred.
• Graduate of approved radiography program (ARRT(R)) preferred.
• GE PET/CT experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine imaging following MSK protocols.
• Conduct diagnostic CT and limited X-ray exams as needed.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely.
• Ensure high-quality images and proper patient positioning.
• Monitor patients and communicate with physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation, dose records, and QC logs.
• Follow all radiation safety and infection control standards.
