Job summary

PM Pediatric Care is hiring Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) with significant pediatric or urgent care/ER experience to join our team. Under the guidance of the local clinical leaders, APPs are responsible for evaluating and providing evidence‑based treatment to pediatric patients in an urgent care setting.

Qualifications

• Pediatric APP experience required or equivalent.
• Active national or state certification (ANCC or NCCPA).
• RN license for applicable state where treating patients; NP/PA license required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in urgent care settings using evidence‑based practices.
• Perform common urgent care procedures and assist with radiographs when needed.
• Oversee patient flow, telemedicine cases, and collaboration with on‑site and remote teams.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
