Job description

St. Luke's University Health Network, the region's largest and most established health system, a major teaching hospital, and one of the nation's 100 Top Hospitals, is seeking a per diem Board Certified fellowship-trained Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team providing excellent care at the Network's first pediatric emergency department.

As a result of growth and investment in pediatric services, St. Luke's recently announced the establishment of St. Luke's Children's Hospital at the Bethlehem Campus. We are looking for providers excited about growth and new opportunities to join our team!

About the Department of Emergency Medicine and St. Luke's Children's Hospital:
  1. Robust 14-campus network providing emergency care for over 320,000 patients annually.
  2. Includes comprehensive stroke centers, PCI centers, and trauma centers.
  3. Supports and trains emergency medicine residents at two residencies.
  4. Consists of inpatient, emergency medicine, primary, and specialty care providers across various locations.
  5. Recently established St. Luke's Children's Hospital at the Bethlehem Campus and is a member of the Children's Hospital Association.
  6. The Pediatric Emergency Department is a 6-bed unit, expanding to 11 beds.
  7. Home to a renovated 17-bed Pediatric Inpatient Unit and an 8-bed Pediatric ICU.
  8. Supported by pediatric specialists across 40 specialty areas.
  9. Features Lukes Pediatric Specialty Center, a dedicated pediatric care building.
  10. Provides extensive pediatric primary care offices across the service area.
  11. Recently launched the first pediatric residency program with 6 residents per year.
