The ideal candidate holds an approved nursing degree, an active Texas RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Experience in PACU or other critical care areas and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

• RN experience in PACU or similar critical care units.
• BLS/ACLS certifications required.
• Texas RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document comprehensive patient assessments.
• Develop and implement care plans with the healthcare team.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions.
• Adhere to hospital policies and nursing standards of practice.
