NewYork-Presbyterian Queens is seeking a Physician Assistant for Internal Medicine on a per diem basis. This role offers autonomy within a collaborative PA team, with on-site shifts and exposure to a high-volume inpatient medicine environment.

Required: NYS licensure, NCCPA certification, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies. Preferred: at least one year of inpatient medicine experience or completion of an internal medicine rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies.
• NYS licensure.
• NCCPA certification.

Responsabilités

• Screen, diagnose, and treat patients as part of the Internal Medicine PA team.
• Develop and implement patient assessments and care plans.
• Provide compassionate patient counseling and make referrals as appropriate.
