Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Rutland, VT is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. You will join a team of dedicated professionals in a beautiful, award-winning facility with supportive rehab leadership.

We offer up to 5 weeks of PTO to start, continuing education programs, a 401(k) with employer match, and flexible schedules to balance career and life.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and timely documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Possess a current OT license or eligibility in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.
