Job summary

Banner Rehabilitation Hospital – Phoenix is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a per diem role in Phoenix, AZ. The position offers hourly compensation of $59.00 and an extensive orientation program to ensure a smooth transition into our inpatient rehabilitation setting.

The selected clinician will evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, and supervise therapy services to support return to community activities.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
• BLS certification or completion within the first 90 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient’s need and physician direction.
• Delegates and directs all therapy services for those assigned patients and designs functional treatment programs.
• Educates patients, families, students, coworkers and self.
• Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of therapy services and program delivery.
