Qualifications

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Certified by NBCOT as an OTR if required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Obtain and update required physician orders.
