Preferred Therapy Solutions in West Boylston, MA seeks a Per Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. This PRN role offers flexible schedules and opportunities to join other local rosters.

Provide comprehensive therapy services, collaborate with rehab and nursing teams, maintain accurate documentation, and hold an OTA license in good standing or be license eligible in MA.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team.
• Demonstrate strong documentation and attention to detail.
• Possess OTA license or be license eligible to practice in MA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to residents in a sub-acute/skilled nursing setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize resident outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate electronic documentation and charts.
