Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist to treat patients in the acute care setting at Christiana Hospital in Newark, Delaware. You will work with a dynamic, interdisciplinary team across diverse patient populations including Neuro, Trauma, Cardiac, Orthopedic and General Debility.

The position offers weekend hours with potential for weekday shifts, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for ongoing mentoring and professional development in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/OT Doctorate required for Occupational Therapist.
• CPR Certification required; Delaware license eligibility or licensure.
• AOTA preferred for professional development and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to acute care patients (Neuro, Trauma, Cardiac, Orthopedic, General Debility).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; participate in mentoring and continuing education.
• Work with a per diem schedule including weekend hours in a large hospital setting.
