Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Of New England, has an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our Acute Care Rehab Team. The OT performs evaluations, directs patient treatment and documents for patients referred for occupational therapy, identifying short- and long-term goals and developing treatment plans to achieve them.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA accredited school.
• Current State of CT license.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provides full scope of direct and clinical services to maximize care for patients of all ages.
• Communicates assessment results and treatment progress to patients, families, and care providers.
• Develops and maintains advanced clinical skills and supports multi-site service diversification.
• Maintains communication with treatment team, physicians, and family to facilitate problem solving and planning.
