Eyetastic Services seeks a personable Optometrist to provide fill-in/per-diem coverage in Ohio. The role focuses on delivering high-quality vision care with meaningful patient interactions in a close-knit private practice.

Ideal candidates are licensed in Ohio with NPI and liability insurance, able to credential with major insurers, and comfortable guiding patients through exams, eyewear prescriptions, and medical eye evaluations.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio optometrist license with NPI
• Liability insurance coverage or ability to obtain
• Credentialed with major insurers (Medicare/EyeMed/Davis etc.) or willing to obtain
• Outgoing, approachable and able to make patients comfortable

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams with dilation as needed
• Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses
• Conduct medical eye exams as required
• Deliver warm, clear patient communication and experiences
• Complete exams efficiently within expected visit times
