Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions seeks a Per Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Nantucket, MA. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and collaboration with the rehab team.

Commuting from Hyannis is fully reimbursed. Ideal candidates hold an OTA license or be eligible to practice in MA, are proficient with electronic documentation, and can handle a flexible schedule in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
