Qualifications

• Association Degree (COTA) from an accredited program.
• Current state Occupational Therapy certification.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA and OTAC membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides prescribed therapeutic services under supervision of the Occupational Therapist to restore and prevent disability for clients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Performs responsibilities in accordance with department and Hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
