Job summary

Select Medical is seeking a per diem / PRN Occupational Therapist for a per diem / PRN job in Scottsdale, Arizona, at HonorHealth Rehabilitation Hospital.

This inpatient role provides per diem scheduling with compensation of $59.00 per hour, focusing on rehabilitation for brain injuries, spinal injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues and related conditions. HONR Health Rehab Hospital is part of the joint venture with Select Medical.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient’s need and physician direction.
• Responsible for delegation and direction of all therapy services for those assigned patients and design of functional programs for return to community activities.
• Educates patients, families, students, co-workers and self on therapy goals and progress.
• Performs other professional duties related to patient care and program delivery.
