Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a per diem role at Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital in Johnstown, Colorado.

This position focuses on restoring independence for patients recovering from stroke, spinal injuries, and orthopedic conditions, with flexible per diem scheduling to fit clinical needs. You will evaluate patients, plan treatments, teach adaptive strategies, and collaborate with a supportive team committed to high‑quality, patient‑centred care.

Competenze

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification required
• One year of experience in rehabilitation hospital care preferred
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures
• Demonstrates competency in care according to established standards
• Ability to apply age-appropriate standards (pediatric to geriatric) and maintain confidentiality
