Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, Inc. is seeking an Inpatient Per Diem Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat acutely ill and orthopedic patients, helping them regain function and independence.

This onsite per diem role requires a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, an active state OT license, and BLS; 1–2 years of experience is preferred. Weekend shifts (primarily Saturdays) are available, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of patients' physical, mental, and developmental abilities.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure comprehensive care.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Inpatient Per Diem Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional care to patients throughout the hospital. In this acute care setting, our Occupational Therapists evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic and medical conditions to optimize function and independence.

Weekend (primarily Saturday) and occasional weekday shifts available.

Summary

Helps people of all ages to participate in the activities and occupations that are important to them. Routinely works with individuals who have physical, cognitive, developmental, or emotional challenges that affect their ability to perform everyday tasks.

Essential Functions
