Tender Touch Rehab Services in the United States is seeking an Occupational Therapist for per diem coverage in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments and develop personalized care plans.

A valid OT license, NBCOT certification per state requirements, and strong communication are required. We offer competitive pay of $60–$65 per hour and a supportive, flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR where required by state.
• Active Occupational Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and on file.
