Blue Stone Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a per diem role in Amana, IA. The position requires a current OT license in the state and NBCOT may be required per state rules. You will evaluate, treat, and develop individualized care plans for SNF and long-term care patients.

The role offers hourly compensation ranging from $36.00 to $55.00, with flexible scheduling and a supportive team, plus professional development and immigration support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• NBCOT-OTR certification if required by the state.
• OT degree from an accredited program.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
