Job summary

Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Mt. Lebanon is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support residents in achieving independence and improved well-being. You will evaluate patients, create personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

Education patients and families, maintain detailed progress records, and provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting at our Mt. Lebanon facility.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care.
• Compassion, empathy, and commitment to exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and treating patients with a variety of medical conditions and disabilities.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve functional abilities and independence.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers on strategies for maintaining and improving physical function and independence.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment.
