Job summary

Concentra, Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a per diem position. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and ensure care aligns with Concentra health protocols while coordinating with the Center Therapy Director.

You will deliver high-quality patient care, document appropriately, and collaborate with physicians and therapy staff. The role emphasizes hands-on therapy, adherence to HIPAA, and ongoing professional development through center meetings

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college/university.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Successful completion of the National Registry Examination.
• Valid BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct patient care, including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with medical protocols.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with Therapy Director on business aspects of therapy services.
• Educate patients on proper use of supports and exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure integrated care.
• Participate in professional development and center meetings.
