Job summary

Atlantic Health System in Summit, New Jersey seeks a Per Diem OB Hospitalist to join the Women’s Health Department at Overlook Medical Center. The role covers evaluation and emergency management in OB and L&D, attending deliveries, assisting, and performing surgical procedures.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in obstetrics.
• Licensed or eligible for New Jersey licensure.
• 2–3 years of OB experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage OB and L&D patients, including emergencies.
• Attend deliveries and assist with procedures.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine on high-risk pregnancies.
