Crossover Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team. You will deliver patient-centered primary care services, implement treatment plans, and supervise staff to ensure quality care under physician direction.
This role emphasizes collaboration with care teams, availability for questions, and involvement in quality improvement programs. Board certification, state licensure, and BLS are required, with 5 years of internal medicine or family practice experience.

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for meeting all clinical, administrative, and financial performance metrics. This position is responsible for implementing, delivering, and ensuring that the highest quality of patient-centered care is delivered.
The base pay range for this position is $68.86 to $90 per hour.
Pay range may vary depending on work location, applicable knowledge, skills, and experience.
