Job summary

Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Nurse Practitioner to join our Post‑Acute Care team in Morris County, NJ. The NP will deliver comprehensive care to adults in skilled nursing facilities and must commit to at least 2 days per week.

The role requires NP licensure in New Jersey, ACLS/BLS, and 2+ years in geriatrics or SNFs, with EPIC EMR and PCC proficiency. Per diem, competitive hourly wages, and a collaborative care environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• At least 2 years of NP experience in skilled nursing homes/geriatrics preferred.
• Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide post‑acute care to adults in skilled nursing facilities across Morris County.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice clinicians to ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Work with EPIC EMR and PointClickCare to document care and outcomes.
