Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Per Diem Cardiologist to join the cardiovascular team in Silverdale, WA. This primarily outpatient role emphasizes patient‑centered care, thorough assessments, and collaborative treatment planning within a high‑quality cardiovascular program.

You will work with a diverse team including interventional specialists and imaging experts, supporting a comprehensive care spectrum on the Kitsap Peninsula and nearby communities.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution
• BC/BE; ABIM in Cardiovascular Disease
• Unrestricted active Washington State Medical License or eligible to obtain
• DEA with full prescriptive authority required for the practice
• BLS and ACLS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
• Commitment to excellent patient care and long‑term community engagement

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and expert outpatient cardiology care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for holistic patient care.
• Participate in a shared call model to protect clinician time.
