Qualifications

• Registered Nurse License (California)
• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Provider Certification within 6 months of hire
• Basic Life Support

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care using the nursing process in line with established standards, policies, and procedures
• Leads and collaborates with the health care team to delegate tasks and ensure accountability
• Monitors patient progress, revises plans as needed, and ensures patient safety and comfort
• Maintains accurate documentation and uses information systems to support patient care
• Supports discharge planning and family education to facilitate ongoing care
