Job summary

Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Per Diem MRI Technologist in Boston, MA. You will perform MRI procedures, assist physicians in diagnosis, and ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging sessions.

Responsibilities include positioning patients, monitoring during procedures, maintaining equipment, and supporting QA/QC activities. Per diem schedule and Benefits package are provided alongside a comprehensive compensation plan.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as an MRI Technologist.
• ACLS may be required depending on specialty.
• Current ARRT (MR) registry.

Responsibilities

• Lift and position patients; operate MRI equipment and administer contrast media.
• Adhere to MRI safety protocols and infection control.
• Review patient history prior to each study; monitor patient condition during exams.

Education
