Job summary

Science 37's Nursing Solutions Group is seeking a Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse to deliver home-based nursing care for participants in clinical trials. You will travel to participants' homes, perform nursing assessments, and collaborate with the Nursing Solutions Team to support study visits.

This role requires RN licensure, BSN preferred, BLS, and willingness to travel up to 100%. You will operate per diem with compensation ranging hourly, and comply with GCP and SOPs.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in home state and eligibility for Compact Licensure.
• BSN degree preferred; active RN licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2+ years clinical/research experience.
• Ability to obtain nursing license in multiple states.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Travel to participants' homes for study visits.
• Provide nursing services to qualified study participants.
• Collaborate with lead and per diem nurses on solutions and resources.
• Support development of Science 37 nursing service delivery.
• Maintain professional delivery of patient care per SOPs and regulations.
