Qualifications

• Basic computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook; familiarity with 10-key keypad.
• Five years of experience as a Materials Technician is preferred.
• Experience in hospital materials and central supply is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock daily supplies and process daily deliveries.
• Collect daily charge data; log charges for each department; submit invoices.
• Restock nursing stations below par level; verify receipts and postings.
• Receive facility supplies and annotate quantities on POs.
• Maintain inventory with rotation; ensure adequate stock levels.
• Review invoices; reconcile with packing slips and POs; verify charges.
• Code invoice lines to GL accounts; reconcile incomplete POs to invoices.
