Proforma Health Inc in Virginia's Hampton Roads area seeks experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team. You will provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications, collect and document patient information, and support wound care and education.

This role offers flexibility, same-day or next-day pay, weekly pay, and local staffing support. Local applicants only with competitive pay across varied healthcare settings.

Formación

• Active LPN license required.
• At least 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Recent PPD testing.

Responsabilidades

Key responsibilities

Additional duties may be assigned based on facility needs.

Qualifications
