Job summary

Cottage Hospital is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Medical Surgical team. In this role, you will work with RNs and clinical staff to support patient care, monitor conditions, and contribute to a safe, efficient care environment.

This per diem, on-site position is based in Woodsville, NH with a 2-shift per month commitment. Required: LPN license, Basic Life Support, and ACLS; IV Certification preferred; Associates degree or better in Nursing or related field.

Qualifications

• Assist with planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care within your scope of practice.
• Observe and document patient status, recognize changes in condition, and communicate updates to the care team.
• Support patients with basic care needs, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean, secure unit.
